Property Details:

The eat-in kitchen is very spacious and newly remodelled.  French doors lead from the kitchen to the sunroom that had seating for 6 to dine.  The backyard has a deck with a gas grill, privacy fence and hot tub.  The house boasts 2 full baths and a half bath with 3 upstairs bedrooms, two with king size beds and one with a full size bed.  The master suite has dual sinks and a spacious shower with seating and an attached walk in closet.  The den is off the kitchen and has a gas fireplace and 40” plasma wall mounted TV and a quality stereo system.  A fully stocked bar is situated in the living room, along with two full length couches, perfect for that intimate setting.  A two car garage is attached.  There is a finished room in the basement that can be used as a fourth bedroom using a queen size inflatable bed (provided).  It houses a 60” TV and DVD player.  A full weight set and cardio equipment are also located in the basement as well as a washer and dryer.  Pets are welcome. 

Price Includes two tickets to the event for each day as well as a shuttle parking pass from KY Fair and Expo Center to and from event each day.
Also includes a fully stocked bar.  Check in would be Tuesday morning and check out would be Monday by 12n.

A 4 ticket option is also available but the price would go up to $14,900.
