If you are interested in renting your house out for the event then all you will need to do is:
* we will email you back with guidance of what information you will need to put in your advert
* we will then need you to send us the details and pictures of your property.
* Once we have received this information we will then upload your house advertisement on our website.
There are two options available to you as a homeowner looking to rent out your house for the event:
OPTION 2) You can advertise your house on our website for FREE (again up until the event or sale) and we will deal with the lease of your property. Once we rent out your house we will then take a small commission from the final price. We require no initial payment from you (so no risk involved) as we will deduct the commission fee once we have successfully rented out your property for the event.

FAQ:
Which option will best suit me?
We have offered 2 options so you have more choice as a seller. The benefits of OPTION 1 is that you only pay £150 and you are in complete control of the sale of your house. Alternatively OPTION 2 will cost you absolutely nothing to advertise your home so if your house for some reason does not sell then you have not lost anything, we will also look after the renting out of your house and when finalised we will take a small commission from the sale price.
How much should I advertise my house for?
Setting a price for your house depends on many factors e.g the closer you are to the event the more desirable your house will be, also factors like house size, number of rooms (the more rooms you have then you can accommodate more people),tv, broadband etc etc also play a big part. If need help in setting a price then please do not hesitate to contact us.
How far should my house be from the event?
The closer you are the more desirable your house will be but ideally distance should be within 1hour drive.
How long will my house be listed for?
Your house will be listed from once we receive your details and they are uploaded until the event starts.
How do I make my payment to Acleshia?
If you have chosen OPTION 1 then either a credit card or cheque will be accepted. If you have chosen OPTION 2 then you will not need to make a payment to us.
What if I have made a mistake with the details of my house, can I change it?
Yes absolutely, if at anytime you want us to change any details then we will do that at no additional cost.
How do I arrange my house ready for visitors?
This is entirely up to you. We would advise that you don't leave anything valuable inside your property such as jewellery, cash and anything of a personal value. Items like clothes would also be a good idea to store away so the visitors can use the wardrobes and drawers for their own clothes and valuables. Just remember to leave everyday furnishings such as beds, tables, chairs, tv's etc.
How should I handle booking enquiries?
If you have chosen OPTION 1 then this is entirely up to you the property owner but we would recommend that when someone contacts you to book the property that you should ask for a non-refundable deposit (such as 10-15% of the asking price). Then we would recommend that the buyer pays you the rest on arrival. Or you can work something out between you like setting up a contract that you both sign and agree to. If you have chosen OPTION 2 then we will deal with all bookings on your behalf.
Can I put together a contract for the stay?
Yes we would advise that it is a good idea to come to an agreement between the homeowner and the travelling customer which you both sign. You may want to use one for when the exchanging of money will take place, you may also wish to involve a damage deposit that you will return when you have inspected the house after their stay.
What do I do at the start and end of the rental period?
You should be present when the guests arrive to hand over keys and provide them with any information they may need to know. You may also have agreed on taking a damage deposit so you can take that at the start of their stay and then return it on inspection with them at the end of their stay.
