For that odd rainy day, or evening fun, a range of several board games for all ages and toys available for younger children. The kitchen has been extensively equipped with all sorts of kitchenalia.  To dine with you have one of the latest designs from Denby for delectable dining!

There is a large storage cupboard in the dining area which stores a high chair, ironing board, clothes airer and even some Wellington boots for kicking about on the beach.

An oasis of tranquliity can be found in the master bedroom. Here is another  glass terrace complete with patio chairs, looking out onto the sandy beach.  For a great nights sleep and perhaps breakfast in bed or on the terrace, is a wonderful 6 ft Super-King sleigh style bed.  More than adequate wardrobe space is provided with a large walk-in closet plus plenty of drawer space.  There is even a  reclining chair &  TV for some ‘me time’.

A superbly fully fitted ensuite with large power shower, WC and hand basin leads off the master bedroom. 

Twin leather beds are provided in the second bedroom as this offers the most flexible options for families or sharing couples.  Adequate drawer space and wardrobe space is also supplied.  This room has French doors opening into a Juliet balcony with inland views.

The third bedroom  is equipped with a wardrobe and drawers & the kids’ favourites - bunk beds!.

The family bathroom is smartly fitted with a large bath, power shower over, hand basin & WC.
