The property was built in 2005 and is located in a quiet cul-de-sac. It is located within a few minutes walk of Monmouth town and all the local amenities.
Monmouth is a picturesque town set in the idyllic Wye Valley. It is home to several friendly pubs and renowned restaurants, as well as having 3 main supermarkets. Monmouth also has 2 lovely golf courses (see links below).

The living room is light and airy with a 32 inch television (which has sky plus and shows the whole range of sky channels) and a DVD player. The dining room, leading off the living room has French doors leading onto a small patio area which is ideal for barbeques. The garden is sheltered and a lovely area to relax. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and microwave, and the utility room contains a washing machine and tumble dryer.

There are 3 toilets in all, 1 on the ground floor and 2 upstairs (1 in the en-suite and 1 in the bathroom). The master bedroom which houses the en-suite (complete with shower) has a double bed, along with Sky TV. There are 2 other double bedrooms, 1 of which houses a double bed and the other in which it can be arranged for there to be either a double bed or 2 single beds. The 4th bedroom has a single bed.

A 15% non-refundable deposit is required upon booking and payment to be made in full by the end of May 2010.
